Welcome to the first edition of the CSDS On Point Newsletter! Our objective with On Point is to provide you with concise, focused, and valuable resources from CSDS, our group of companies, and industry partners like Trimble, HP, Spectra, SECO, and Radiodetection.
I’ll start by expressing endless gratitude toward our customers and partners that have continued to power through the past couple of incredibly eventful (and challenging) years. First with the unprecedented level of uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the subsequent restrictions on everyday life, livelihoods, and disruption in our global supply chain… with countless highs and lows in between.
But every challenge presents an opportunity to reflect, learn, adjust, and prepare for the future. At CSDS, we’ve learned how to continue to provide our products, services, and value as safely and efficiently as possible. Becoming a part of Cansel (our Canadian-based parent company) during the pandemic has allowed us to adapt to remote work, enhanced logistics, and an increased focus on delivering our products and services online, including our new eCommerce platform at www.csdsinc.com – and an all new training and support portal, Can-Learn, where our geospatial customers can train and onboard employees on Trimble geospatial platforms from the convenience of their home, office – or anywhere your projects may take you.
Amid wild events, changes, and challenges over the past couple of years, I’d like to thank our amazing CSDS personnel for persevering through it all and maintaining a relentless focus on excellent customer service and support.
